Clients consistently praise the team for their responsive communication, reliable service, and commitment to completing jobs—including repairs and full replacements—in a timely manner.
Cody was fast, reliable and super helpful.
As a realtor, I’ve worked with a lot of contractors over the years, and KRAM Roofing — especially Cody — stands out above the rest. They’ve handled everything from roof repairs on my listings to full installations on our new construction homes, and every single experience has been exceptional. Cody is responsive, reliable, and truly takes pride in his work. His attention to detail and professionalism give me total confidence referring him to my clients and using him on all of our projects. The quality, communication, and follow-through are unmatched — KRAM Roofing is my go-to every time.
Excellent service and top-quality work! K Ram made the process easy from start to finish. Highly recommend them for any roofing needs.
Thank you Gilbert and Cody Lovato and their crew at K-Ram Roofing. They are family owned and have been in business for over 30 years. They were friendly, prompt, efficient and very affordable. They replaced the roof and 2 skylights in one day. I recommend them for all your roofing needs.
I have been using K Ram Roofing for my own homes for years, as well as the homes I have listed and help my clients buy as a realtor. K Ram is always my go to roofing company for the quality of their service, reasonable pricing, and fair and honest approach. Therefore I can sincerely recommend K Ram Roofing with confidence to any homeowner or investor for roof repairs and entire re-roofs as needed!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
