I have had nothing but positive experiences in using Right Way Roofing since 1992. They have installed two new flat roofs as well as required interim maintenance. Right Way Roofing is the absolute best. They have now replaced three roofs for us - two times for our smaller house due to hail damage, and then just now for a much larger house. It was an insurance claim and let me tell you. We issued the claim on a Friday, and our roof was replaced in 12 DAYS - as in last nail put in. Everything's tight as a drum, work area cleaned, nails magneted away (my car tires thank you) and everyone was above and beyond. The fact that they moved our job up because there was an active leak - in addition to the fact that someone came out and did some temporary patched in the meantime - is just par for the course for these guys. I still have their yard sign up a couple weeks later because I'm such a fan. We have a 3000 square foot house.

This is the second roof we had replaced with Right Way Roofing. We had no problem at all with the first. Maria in the office was very professional and went above and beyond answering our questions and prompt with scheduling. Jerry is a very professional and a person to talk to. The estimate was very reasonable. The crew was also very professional. They cleaned up, removed and repaired things on the roof and very happy workers. Everything went smoothly. Right Way did an awesome job on annual maintenance for our large, flat, complicated (numerous skylights and three AC units), 18 year old roof. The crew was prompt, treated our house with respect, worked quickly, quietly, and neatly. Jerry, the crew leader, took numerous photos of the work, and spent considerable time explaining what they did, and the potential options available for when the roof does need replacement. He patiently answered all of my numerous questions, and pointed out pertinent issues with each roofing option which other contractors did not so thoroughly explain in the past. Jerry also said that our roof was in excellent condition, and we would not need a roof replacement anytime soon. I think that is indicative of excellent integrity, since I would have easily believed a $40K+ roof job was necessary soon. Highly recommended.

What a relief working with Right Way Roofing is! I was so intimidated and when Jerry came to do the estimate he was so thorough. He talked me through the processes. My new roof is now on and weathered several high wind and heavy rains. It's perfect! I am especially thankful to the hard working men who pulled up the first day.
