New Mexico Roof Experts - Roofing Contractor in Albuquerque, NM

Mr. Vasques was recommended by a trusted Albuquerque contractor. After meeting with Mr. Carlos Vasques in October 2021, we decided on a new shingle roof installation with new seamless gutters and replacement of worn and damaged soffit. Mr. Vasques was always punctual, respectful and answered all our questions and offered detail and explanation that helped us understand the work he would complete. Mr. Vasques responded to our phone calls or texts within a reasonable time frame always informing us about the status of the job. Mr. Vasques provided a printed estimate and stuck to all our contractual agreements and timeframe. There were no surprise costs and his work is top notch! Several professionals who viewed his finished work were impressed with his attention to detail, stating not many roofers complete the task so well. We feel confident in the work completed and the warente. Since then, we have recommended New Mexico Roof Experts to our family and friends and they are equally pleased with his work. An important note, his pricing was fair. We highly recommend NM Roof Experts.

I highly recommend NM Roof Experts! After receiving several estimates that all insisted I needed a complete roof replacement—at a price far beyond my budget—NM Roof Experts was the only company that offered multiple options tailored to what I could afford. Instead of replacing my roof, they restored it—and beautifully, I might add! The restoration came with a generous warranty and a very affordable maintenance plan, which gave me peace of mind. The entire project was completed in just one day, and the crew went above and beyond by handling a few extra tasks that weren’t even in the scope of work. Carlos and his wife Veronica were truly a pleasure to work with: professional, kind, and clearly dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction. I’m absolutely thrilled with my restored roof and grateful for the entire NM Roof Experts team. If you need roof help and are looking for great workmanship at a fair price, don’t hesitate to call NM Roof Experts—you’ll be glad you did.

Very happy with Carlos and his crew. Carlos is very professional, did not tried to sell me something I don't need. I was very happy with the quote I got. On time for the inspection, on time to start the work. Few times I called him, he always answered his phone. After the work was completed, we went up to the roof, and me being a pain in the butt, saw a few things needed to touch up. Carlos got on it right away, no problem. Roof looks very nice. Definitely recommend him.

NM roof experts is the best. Carlos is one of the most honest and professional people I have ever worked with in regards to my home. He was upfront with everything, and did exactly what he said. Work was done quickly and was excellent. His communication throughout the process was outstanding as well. After trying to work with a lot of other "experts" I was lucky to find this company. Was a great and easy experience.

Carlos and his employees were professional and punctual. They completed the work exactly on time. The shingles removal and installation went smoothly and the work quality is outstanding. Thank you for your hard work and professional customer service! I highly recommend New Mexico Roof Experts.
