ARCO Review Findings
Reviews praise LNB for quality roofing and carpentry work, knowledgeable and courteous crews, clear communication, fair pricing, timely service, effective cleanup, and responsiveness to repairs. One reviewer described a difficult initial roof replacement but said Lucas personally corrected the problems, followed up, and ultimately exceeded expectations.
We are very pleased with Lucas and this team's work on our new roof. He's an excellent communicator. Recently, he also did some carpentry at our house and installed a T&G ceiling on our patio. I highly recommend LNB.
Lucas is amazing. He is honest and thorough. LNB does quality work. I am comfortable referring him to clients and using him on my personal properties.
Had LNB replace 2 roofs at my business. Excellent work and very pleased with everything. Would definitely recommend them.
We recommend LNB Enterprises wholeheartedly. In all honesty, our initial experience with LNB could have been better. Just about everything that could go wrong did. The person supervising our roof replacement was simply not up to the job, unbeknownst to Lucas. When the roof needed the inevitable repairs, Lucas stepped up, made all the repairs, and could not have been more apologetic. Our roof is working great now, and it looks fantastic. Lucas makes a point to call every time we have a thunderstorm to make sure everything is OK. Sometimes, a business's true measure is different from its initial performance; it is how it turns wrongs into rights. LNB's motto is "Roofing New Mexico With Integrity." I allowed them to prove that, and they exceeded my expectations.
Wow! This is one of the best roofing companies in the business! Lucas truly cares about his customers and his staff is excellent! He also pointed out potential problems with my roof I had never noticed before! Speedy service, deep knowledge, courteous crews!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
