Altitude Roofing - Roofing Contractor in Albuquerque, NM

Amazing experience from beginning to end! After getting quotes from several companies, we decided to go with Altitude and are so glad we did. The price was very competitive with others but what really separates them is the communication and customer service. Debbie was very communicative and straight forward about everything. The crew that did the work was professional and quick. Right after they finished my house, I immediately recommended them to my neighbor.

We had our roof redone in May as we were selling the house and it was very old. Debbie was very knowledgeable about exactly how to file an insurance claim, our new roof got covered, and during installation everything was fast and well done. Everyone from altitude was very friendly and professional. If you have an old roof I would definitely give them a call.

When a leak was discovered in my home, I got 3 quotes; one from a company I had used before and 2 others by way of a web search. Altitude Roofing gave me a very detailed quote, making it easy to choose the materials that best suited my replacement roof and price point. They also have a location I was able to go to in order to narrow down my color choices. Once the decision was made, I asked if they could also replace some of my facia boards and I would paint them later. They had a better solution. They told me, for little extra, they could wrap all the facia in a metal and let me choose the color. The finished product was astounding! It looked better than if I had painted all the facia around my house, and the best part is, it will never need to be painted again. The finished roof also looks beautiful. Great color choice and quality materials. Altitude Roofing had the job done in a timely manner, without a trace of them being there. No mess in my yard or nails on my driveway. This is an extremely trustworthy company with attentive customer service and follow through. Shout-out to Jennifer! They also work with a very knowledgeable HVAC company, which is important if you have an AC on your roof. I expect to not need a new roof for many years, but I recommend them to anyone thinking about a new roof.

This is literally the best company that we have worked with since moving to New Mexico. We primarily communicated with Bennie. He was SO responsive, transparent and knowledgeable. We got our entire roof redone along with three of our skylights replaced. The team that came out to do the work were incredibly efficient and nice. They did the work in two days and checked in here and there to ask questions to make sure we weren’t inconvenienced in any way. We also had a minor seal around one of the skylights that needed to be fixed after the roof replacement was finished and they sent someone out the day after we called. I cannot recommend this group highly enough. They are incredibly professional. We plan to use them again for any future work we need.

We are very happy that we selected Altitude roofing to replace our roof. They are a family owned business, and as such they were able to spend the time with us to make sure that all our thoughts, comments and concerns are answered. They walked us through every step of the process. They even helped us (along with their rep Jennifer, who is an absolute gem.) with our fight with the insurance company. Though it didn't work out the way we had hoped, their support and information was invaluable. I would highly recommend Altitude roofing.
