ARCO Review Findings
Southern Premier Roofing is consistently praised for its professional, honest, and knowledgeable staff who maintain clear communication throughout the roofing process. Customers frequently highlight the team's responsiveness, efficient installation work, and thorough cleanup efforts.
This is an amazing company. Very thorough and honest! The communication from Josh was great and Fabricio who did the repair was awesome. Very knowledgeable and super nice. Even though we were out of our warranty period, he didn’t want to charge us because he said it would be a simple fix. The issue was not related to the great work they did installing the roof originally. Not often that someone will take the time to come out for free! Highly recommend them for their stellar service!
I first met with Todd and explained potential leaks in our roof that was causing water spots on our ceiling. The same day I had a Specialist scheduled to stop by our home. Jeff came out and did a roof inspection and he shared his findings. We moved forward with Jeff's recommendation. They both responded promptly and professionally. Hands down a great experience!
we just replaced our roof by SPR. Marc, the sales person was never oversell, very polite, patient, honest and professional. He first found we had a leak in the roof, then accompanied the insurance adjuster to do the roof inspection. He also inspected my neighbor's house, but told them their roof doesn't need any repairs or replacement. Michele, the office lady was able to handle everything quickly. The entire process was very smooth. the installation work started as promised and completed on time. Higly recommend their service if you need to change your roof or have them inspected.
I have only great things to say about Southern Premier Roofing in Raleigh, NC. Brent in sales and Andres the crew chief were both very professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They worked with our insurance company for the evaluation and saw it through to the end. The installation crew worked tirelessly for 2 x 12-hour days to make sure the job was completed and done correctly. They even did a great job cleaning up afterwards! Nice job Southern Premier!
Ryley MacEachern was an excellent sales representative. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very transparent throughout the entire roofing process. He took the time to explain all options clearly, answered every question patiently. His communication was reliable, I highly recommend Ryley to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dependable roofing representative.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
