Exceptional work! Completed removal of plywood sheeting, installed new plywood sheeting, and installed new shingles and exhaust fans in one day to minimize disruptions to our schedule. Later, facia and soffits painted and new gutters and gutter protection installed. Mark provided outstanding communication and impeccable cleanup. 1st Defense Roofing has my highest recommendation!!

Mark was incredibly helpful when we noticed a leak in our roof. He was able to come and inspect same day! I would highly recommend his services for any roofing work needed.

When my wife and I needed to replace our home's leaky roof, we reached out to several local contractors to explore our options. But Mark at 1st Defense made the choice an easy one. After an initial inspection, he provided the most thorough estimate of the bunch, which included sixteen detailed line items. And after we signed the contract, Mark and his team scheduled the job within three weeks. Most important, they executed at a high level, finishing the house's entire roof, plus our shed's roof, in six hours and leaving the whole yard pristine. In follow-up exchanges, Mark ensured we were satisfied after the fact as well. In short, highly, highly recommended.

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer

The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.

Homeowner Benefits

Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
