Scott from Roof Puppy "Promised and Delivered" a fantastic new roof working with our insurance and contractor. The Crew worked extremely hard all day finishing a high Quality job. Even more impressive was the personal touch from John (Owner/Project Mgr) who spent the day supporting both customer and contractor. Job turned out amazing.

John went above and beyond! He was instantly responsive to a late Friday night request and scheduled next morning for our vinyl siding repair. There were nails in the siding that made the project more time consuming (panels needed replacement), but he made it a priority to complete it same day. Can't recommend him highly enough- he has a customer for life!

John and Roof Puppy were exceptional. I requested a quote and John graciously walked me through his analysis of my siding work, doing so virtually as I was out of state at the time. He answered all of my questions, provided a fair estimate, and then delivered top notch work. I appreciated his communication and professionalism throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Roof Puppy gave me an estimate within a few days of my initial inquiry and in less than a week, they had completed my project. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for knowledgeable, speedy, and qualified service.

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer

The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.

Homeowner Benefits

Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
