Raleigh Roof Rescue - Roofing Contractor in Raleigh, NC

I have recommended Raleigh Roof Rescue for several roof jobs on numerous properties to my clients. Cary his business partner Thom are both communicative, professional, and timely. I Highly recommend them if you are considering a roof repair or roof replacement.

The entire Raleigh Roof Rescue team did a fantastic job! From the very beginning, they (the owner and project managers together as a team) explained the process to us and left no questions unanswered. I truly felt like they cared about what we needed and wanted. Our roof was installed in two days and they cleaned up after the first night, as well as at the very end. There was no sign of us even having a roof installed - it was impeccable! Thank you all for such a smooth and seamless process. We would 100% recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof or repairs!

Outstanding work and am extremely happy with the final roof! We asked for them to install a Lomanco deck vent and they handled the detailing and installing wonderfully. Every question we had they answered quickly and thoroughly, and walked us through the process every step of the way to make sure we were comfortable and aware of everything they intended to do. Our roof was relatively small, and they knocked out the whole job in a single day too!

We hired Raleigh Roof Rescue after receiving 3 additional quotes. Key issue I found with other companies was the individual quoting the estimate is not present while the work is done, and some companies wanted 1/2 the price before work is started. Thom and Cary, Owners were present every day while work was performed and went above and beyond with the smaller details and issues that arise during a project. They take great care to ensure the property is cleaned up every day and the team is pleasant and cordial. We also had A Gazebo cedar roof replaced, which ended up looking fantastic. Integrity and quality workmanship demonstrated throughout.

Thom and his team are outstanding. What a joy the have such outstanding service and quality work! They replaced our roof which had incurred hail damage. They are professional yet very personable and go above and beyond to make sure the job is done well and efficiently. The crew was prompt and professional and they worked quickly and cleaned up really well behind themselves. They worked long days so they could finish quickly and minimize any disruption to daily routines. The owners and management consistently checked in and stayed on site the majority of the time. They were very prompt with all insurance paperwork as well. We HIGHLY recommend this company and their tremendous team.
