Iron Horse Roofing did an awesome job with our roof installation. From start to finish, Zac Cain helped us with every step. He was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and very easy to work with. As first time homeowners, we had never gone through this process or filed an insurance claim before, but he made this stressful endeavor go by smoothly and stress free. The day of the installation, the crew arrived punctually and were all more than courteous and skilled. They made quick work and were constantly cleaning and left our property in a pristine condition. One of the reasons we chose Iron Roof was due to reading all the other excellent reviews. They weren’t exaggerating, they provided an amazing service. The process flowed smoothly from insurance claim to actual installation. The crew was on time, paid attention to details, kept everything clean, and were very hard workers. The new roof looks great.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but Zach absolutely deserves the recognition — and we’re not even done yet! I’ve been working with my insurance company to get my roof replaced, and Zach has made that process so much easier. Every time the insurance company asks for something — documentation, photos, estimates — he has it ready without hesitation. His responsiveness and follow-through have been outstanding. On top of that, he went ahead and put a temporary patch on my roof at no charge just to protect my home while we wait for approval. 🐎 Exceptional Service from Iron Horse Roofing Roofers, much like real estate agents, seem to be everywhere and often get a bad rap. That said, Iron Horse Roofing absolutely stands out in a crowded market and is an absolute contradiction to the negative comments sometimes associated with the profession. My wife and I were shopping around for new homeowners insurance, but no one would offer a policy because of the age of our roof. We called a few companies, and while the pricing seemed relatively close between them, we knew right away after our first conversation with Matt that Iron Horse would be the company we used for such an important home improvement job. Matt was incredibly responsive from the first call and remained that way throughout the project. He patiently re-explained things and was right there with us through every step of the process. When dealing with insurance, that kind of support is incredibly important and reassuring. Once everything was approved, the project shifted over to Zeke, and the same excellence in responsive communication and professionalism didn't skip a beat. Zeke was amazing! When I had to let my dogs out, he made sure we got out there safely (tearing off an old roof is no joke!) and waited outside with me as the dogs did their "thing." The crew was also awesome throughout the job, constantly walking around to clean up anything they could to ensure our property remained as tidy as possible. Start to finish, this was an awesome experience with Iron Horse. Like I said, there are a lot of people in this space, but Iron Horse's customer service and excellence throughout the entire process was second to none—across any home improvement or service job we have had to do over the past few years.
