J Lopez Roofing was recommended to me by someone in the local REIA group. I called them and got a quick estimate for a repair and replacement on my rubber roof on my home. They were confident they would provide the best priced estimate. They were correct! They gave me great quality work and upgraded my roof from its original materials. The owner is a caring, friendly gentleman who communicates throughout the process. The office is great to work with for payment, etc. I was happy with my roof replacement and the job they did for me. I would absolutely recommend them!

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Homeowner Benefits
-
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
-
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
-
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
-
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
What Accreditation Means
