Peak Performance Roofers - Roofing Contractor in Greensboro, NC

Working with yall has been a pleasure. Our place looks great. Took all complaints and issues very seriously and addressed them promptly. Talked with me through other issues with the home and work being done, I never felt like he was angry or irritated with me when I asked questions or pointed out issues. Sometimes issues were issues, other times they weren't but he educated me on why or why not.id highly recommend to anyone looking for work to be done to consider Zac and his team.

Zach and his team did a phenomenal job from initial phone call, to final inspection after roof replacement. Professional, responsive, and willing to take time to teach us about the process. I fully recommend you reach out to them if you need roofing work done!

We had some missing shingles on the front of our roof and right after one of the last big storms we had, multiple roofers stopped by to give us an estimate. Every single roofer said "Oh, no you don't have any damage" even though we showed them some interior roof stains and peeling popcorn ceiling. Zac came by and marked on our roof all the damaged areas, the areas where shingles were missing and lifting off and where the water was coming in. The entire process from inspecting roof, to reviewing shingle samples, to getting the claim approved and roof installed took no more than 2 weeks. Both my husband and I were shocked that the roof replacement only took 1 day including skylight replacement and flashing.. I am very big on keeping your word, and Zac is a man of honor and his word. We appreciate him and the integrity with which he runs his business. Will definitely recommend to anyone we know who needs roofing work done and I recommend anyone reading this review do the same. You and whomever you recommend to will not be disappointed. Thanks Zac!

Peak Performance provides superb customer service and high quality craftsmanship. This company definitely takes pride in their work and the job is not considered complete until the customer is fully satisfied! They were extremely knowledgeable and professional when dealing with my insurance company about storm damage coverage. The excellent coordination of multiple repairs to roofing, siding, and ceiling and consistent communication via phone calls, texts, emails, and home visits during the entire process made this home project into an enjoyable and stress-free experience. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family!

Zac and Derek were fantastic! They were prompt, responsive and got us fixed up quickly. They also replaced my parent’s roof and have been great to work with. Would highly recommend Peak Performance Roofers!
