TruROOF - Roofing Contractor in Charlotte, NC

Great firm with a customer centric approach to every homeowner’s needs. Estimates were realistic and TRUROOF’s interface with insurance company maximizes the approved coverage. House protection during install says it all

We experienced a damaging leak in our 14 year old roof. TruROOF was one one several roofers I called for an estimate. They came out same day and even sealed a number of problem nails as they inspected the roof. We selected TruROOF for the repair specifically based on their professionalism and the trust they built during the estimate phase. Their technician came out and completed the repair as stated. They provided photos of each step during the repair. The roof and yard were cleaned of all materials when they left. Excellent Job!

I am a caregiver for my sister, and I was in search of a Roofing Company to reroof her house. A friend recommended TruROOF, they had hail damage and TruROOF had reroofed their home, and they were very pleased. My first encounter was with Ben, their sales representative. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and was VERY professional. He assessed the roof, gave suggestions and went over pricing. I was impressed with Ben, the price, and the information that he provided. Next, I was contacted by Jose Argueta, the project manager. A date was set, and an email was received with what to expect. The day of installation the team along with Jose arrived around 6:00 am, and they began covering everything. The sides of the house were protected, the deck and porch area, the HVAC unit and shrubbery. Then the shingle removal began. This house was built in the late 1950's, and the roof was planks instead of plywood. The team had to make adjustments and replace decking so there were no gaps. Once the shingle removal and decking work was complete, they began the shingling, while the shingling was taking place other team members were cleaning away the old shingle and roofing debris. By the time the shingling was done the majority of the clean-up was done. Ben was on the site after completion, viewing the roof, and surveying the work site for anything out of place. It was a wonderful experience, and that is very uncommon these days. I would HIGHLY recommend TruRoof for your roofing needs. Jean

TruRoof replaced my old roof on August 22, 2024. The entire process from discussing the old roof replacement to the contract, updates and installation was explained thoroughly to me by Joe and his team on a regular basis. In addition to their outstanding service the roof was replaced in one day and the care and clean-up of my property was a top priority. I would highly recommend TruRoof for their professional handing of this entire process. If there was a 10-star review I would rate them a 10. Thank you Joe and your team for all the work that was done.

I highly recommend Tru Roof, who just recently replaced our 17-year roof. We felt very comfortable with choosing them after reading the customer reviews. They absolutely lived up to their motto Because The Details Matter in every way! From the very thorough and detailed inspection, to filing the insurance claim, explaining every detail of the process and answering all of our questions, we were made to feel comfortable, informed and most importantly not pressured or rushed.Gabe communicated with us throughout the day and even showed photos of the process. Several times, I saw him walking around the property and even picking up items that fell near our neighbors properties. The entire crew was punctual, friendly, efficient, neat and clean. They took care to protect our property by covering every shrub, the garage door and even the air conditioning unit. After completion of the job, they checked all around the property several times (and my next-door neighbors properties as well) and were careful to remove any remaining debris. In fact, our yard and driveway looked better than it did before they started! [redacted] even provided me with a video of the entire roof pointing out all of their attention to detail. They even repainted my attic shutter as it was pretty dull!Thank you again Tru Roof and especially, [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] for an awesome experience and a beautiful final project.
