Total Roofing Solutions, LLC - Roofing Contractor in Charlotte, NC

We hired Total Roofing Solutions (Earl Bowman was our contact) in March 2025 to perform significant roof repairs (Replacing 50% of a Spanish Tiled Roofing System on 8,500 sq.ft home) and a new gutter system in Cornelius, NC. Among other things, we appreciated Earl's communication (progress pictures everyday, scheduling matters, always answering his phone, etc.). The crew was professional/safe (harness equipment, clean worksite, knowledgeable)...Earl even supplied them porta-potty! With previous contractors we hired, you sign a contract, they disappear and then show-up sporadically as they balance multiple projects...then you're hit with change-orders. NOT TRS, Earl showed up the next day as promised and stayed on the job with the same crew until completion. Price was the price, no surprises/change orders (TRS was the only contractor that invested the time on the front end to offer a realistic price/best strategy). I provided Earl permission to offer my cell phone number to any prospective customer.

Earl and his crew did an amazing job helping us get our flat roof top deck completed. Gorgeous job using deck tiles. Highly recommend Total Roofing. Earl is exceptionally knowledgeable. We will be using him for any roofing needs or other related project needs in the future. Very pleased.

After calling many companies I was happy to have Earl recommended to me. Earl was a delight to speak to. His prices are very reasonable in fact he was the only one I felt wasnt trying to overprice me compared to many other companies estimates. Amazing customer service, very responsive and great workmanship. My roof was badly damaged due to the hail storms we had and the winds were so strong it pulled my siding off. Earls guys came out and did my roof..let me tell you these guys work very hard and fast. Not only do they work efficiently but the quality of work they do is amazing. They were all polite and very professional. They were even able to fix my siding and made it look as if it was never damaged! I am so happy and relieved I was able to have Total Roofing Solutions come out, I dont think anyone else could have done a better job. I recommend the Devonshire shingles which is what Earl recommended. They are truly unique and beautiful. Makes our home stand out from all the rest in the neighborhood and gives it character. Earl replaced my gutters several years ago, and when it came time to replace my roof, I reached out for a quote. Not only did he beat everyone immediately (all others wanted to negotiate after I got all the quotes - why? Just give me your price!), he was also prompt and wonderfully informative. The updates throughout the process were useful, the work was excellent. Frankly, I've dealt with many people in the trades and Earl is my favorite by far. I feel like he is honest and just a good person - makes a huge difference in the process.
