We had roof and gutter damage from multiple storms, and Nate helped us navigate a full roof and gutter replacement through our homeowners insurance. Nate shepherded the entire process flawlessly. He made everything so easy and smooth. The process was quick and painless, and our house looks beautiful with the new roof and gutter system. Nate is a gem of a human being. He is always responsive, respectful, patient, and incredibly kind. He was always so warm and patient with my elderly father in every interaction. It was a great experience from start to finish, and we are grateful to Nate and the StormPros team.

Despite clearly being very busy helping other homeowners in the area, Nate always made us feel like a priority. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were informed and comfortable every step of the way. This company is also based about 60 miles from where we live so working out of town, within reason, does not appear to be an issue for them. The roofing and gutter crews were equally impressive. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and they were respectful of our property. When the job was done, they left everything clean and neat--no debris, no mess, just a beautifully finished new roof and gutters. I absolutely love my new roof! Mike came to my door offering to look at my roof for free to let me know if I had storm damage on my roof which I had no idea I had up there. He documented the damage and was fully transparent with what he found. He recommended that him and I sit down to file a claim through my insurance to get it approved for a full replacement and lo and behold, they approved it. Mike, with his adequate knowledge on the process walked me through every step of the way from A to Z as clear as can be. The crew came out and put the roof on in less than a day. The job preparation and clean up was superb I was extremely impressed with the work ethic of the crew. They showed up on time and left the property spotless. I highly recommend using this company for your roof. What a blessing!

I had such a great experience trusting my roof to StormPros Roofing & Restoration! I knew I would soon have to bite the bullet and get a new roof and luckily Nate came knocking at my door. I normally turn people like that away but he was so professional and courteous that I ended up letting him inspect my roof. I’m so glad I did! Nate took pictures of my damaged shingles and I ended up filing an insurance claim and getting approved for a new roof. The roofers did an amazing job with my new architectural shingles and cleaned up all the mess. Nate was so helpful throughout the whole process. He explained things thoroughly and was such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company!!
