ARCO Review Findings
Persevere Roofing is highly regarded for its professional, communicative, and reliable team, which consistently guides homeowners through the insurance process and project planning. Customers frequently praise the crews for their high-quality workmanship, timely project completion, and diligent cleanup of the worksite.
Persevere Roofing is a top notch operation. Pre, during and post job communication was prompt and professional. The crew was respectful and worked almost the whole day through. They even replaced four floodlights for me because we did not have a tall enough ladder! One of the most impressive things we noticed is how meticulous the crew was on clean up. It’s like they were never here. There’s a lot of “fly by night” roofing companies that swing through here, beware. Persevere is a local company that’s been providing 5 star jobs for a long time. I would highly recommended without any hesitation.
Alex O'Connell and Persevere Roofing were a pleasure to work with. They were professional and very reliable. They showed up on time to each appointment and completed the work in a little over a day when you factor in clean-up and final inspection. Overall couldn't be happier with the experience.
We had an excellent experience with Persevere Roofing. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. A special thank-you to Alex, our project manager, and Joey, the project coordinator, for their clear communication, guidance, and attention to detail. The crew did a fantastic job installing our new roof and gutters—everything was completed on time, the worksite was kept clean, and the quality of workmanship truly shows. Highly recommend Persevere Roofing for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality roofing services!
Persevere is not just their name, it truly is how they work! My insurance company was dragging their feet and giving me a hard time since the entire roof needed to be replaced, along with many indoor repairs - a large claim. But they never gave up and eventually the entire claim was covered! Devin was a pleasure to work with - professional, communicative, and flexible with my timing needs. As you can see in the pictures, the team took great care protecting my home. Finally, the roof and indoor repairs look amazing! I HIGHLY recommend them!
I choose Persevere to replace my roof and would highly recommend. It always starts with people and Jordan (estimator and sales) and Joey (scheduler and project manager) were fantastic to work with!! They worked really well with my insurance company, Auto Owners (who delivered their services very well). The roofing crew who did the work were well organized and very diligent. They got started at 6am and completed the job around 5pm. In an industry that gets a lot of bad publicity, Persevere stands apart and delivers quality work with a strong customer focus!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
