Roof damage? Nucastle is your absolute best option! If you’re like me, then you dread having anything to do with an insurance claim. So my husband and I were feeling less than enthusiastic when we noticed some shingles from our roof were missing. I contacted a few companies for quotes, but when I called Nucastle Roofing Claims Service and spoke with Paul, I knew my search was over! We were impressed with his knowledge of the process and he assured us they would handle the lion’s share of the work. He and his team led us through the entire process, took out all of the guesswork and made it easier than we could have ever imagined. Any time I sent a text with a question, the response was sent within minutes, Nucastle was so accommodating to our busy life that it felt like their schedule completely revolved around our convenience. At one point, Paul and I needed to contact the mortgage company. To make this process more convenient for me, he placed the call, waited on hold until a representative answered, THEN called me and conferenced me in!!! Who does that?!?! Apparently, Nucastle does. In the end, my husband and I have a roof with beautiful new shingles complete with a LIFETIME warranty. And we couldn’t be any happier!

They’re hands down the best in Charlotte. Classy, dependable and they did stellar work. I had a couple of unsavory gentlemen come to my door a while back from Triple Crown roofing company, and I was scared to answer! Paul was so patient and answered all my questions. They kept me in the loop of next steps along the way too. You can’t go wrong with NuCastle!

He was professional, very knowledgeable and provided me with a first class customer service experience from beginning to end. His crew was on time, polite and did a fantastic job both replacing my roof and in cleaning up. I always thought the roofing business was shady however I can't tell you how comfortable I was making this investment in my home. Why can't everything be this easy?
