ARCO Review Findings
Charlotte Roofing Specialists is consistently praised for their professional, high-quality workmanship and thorough cleanup process. Customers frequently highlight the team’s excellent communication, timely project completion, and responsive, honest service throughout the entire roofing process.
Excellent and thorough job by TJ and his crew. Effective communication throughout inspection to job completion. Work was completed in a timely manner and looks great!
JT and his team were superb in every way — the entire process including inspection, installation, and working with insurance was seamless and so quick. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — will be recommending Charlotte Roofing Specialist to all friends and family! Thank you so much for our new roof!!!
Jim and the team at Charlotte Roofing Specialists are PROS in every way. They do good work. They're honest in their assessments. They clean up EVERYTHING when they are done. I figured I would be finding an occasional nail in the grass or garden for months, and I never found even 1.
Got everything squared away for me. Had some quotes from other company's even though they weren't the lowest, these guys really made me feel like they cared about the quality of my roof and making sure I was taken care of. The warranty is really nice and puts my mind at ease. Will call them back in 20 years 1000%.
Excellent workers (you will not find any better workers anywhere) who take pride in doing highest quality work in removing an old roof, installing a new roof with new boots and vents on all pipes and new turbines. Thorough preparation with tarps and dumpster was excellent and contained all the mess, protected the bushes, driveway and yard. Cleanup after was superb. TJ supervised with thoroughness and honesty backed up by pictures to clearly explain what needed attention. I highly recommend Charlotte Roofing Specialists.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
