Good Roofing and Restoration - Roofing Contractor in Charlotte, NC

Our 20 year old house needed a new roof. We asked for referrals from neighbors and selected Good Roofing. We were very impressed with Igor’s attention to detail and his roofing knowledge. Igor’s team arrived on the day and time as promised. They took great care in covering our shrubs and pool. They worked diligently and completed the project in 2 days, as promised. The yard was clean of debris at the end of both work days and the roof looks excellent. We are very happy with the re-roofing process and recommend Igor and his Good Roofing team! Before & after pics attached.

We were extremely satisfied with Igor and everyone at Good Roofing & Restoration. Our hail damage claim was initially denied but Igor provided more evidence that indeed our roof had hail damage. Igor and Alex visited my home for a free roof inspection after a major hailstorm. Unlike other roofers they were able to use a drone to get all of the information they needed to be confident my insurance would cover the cost of a full roof replacement. After some research I decided I would trust them with the job. Igor and Alex handled everything with my insurance and as a added bonus my insurance also agreed to pay a large amount to replace my very old and ugly gutters. The job was done fairly quickly as weather allowed and although there was a small issue with some drip edge Igor quickly had it corrected without any fuss. No matter how good you are it is always possible for a problem to arise but what makes a contractor good is when they see the problem and quickly fix it without any stress. I am very happy with my decision. I wish Igor his family and business the best!

Igor gave a great presentation, explained everything throughly. The roofers and gutter guys were very professional too. I would highly recommend Good Roofing.
