ARCO Review Findings
Five24 Roofing is praised for responsive, professional, and transparent service, with reviewers highlighting prompt repairs, clear explanations and estimates, reasonable pricing, and helpful communication throughout the process. Customers also describe the workmanship as thorough and high-quality, with timely project completion and careful cleanup.
I can strongly recommend this roofing company after their outstanding service today and will do so for all of my neighbors. I had a small roof leak and called a few companies hoping to find someone able to take a look before the next rain. Unlike one company that handled my call with an AI assistant, Atlee answered my call and spoke directly with me. He was able to get me within 2 hours of my call, arrived right when he said he would, identified the problem, and repaired it right on the spot. He also inspected the condition of the rest of the roof and provided helpful advice for the future. I have never had such a positive experience with any repair in my ten years of homeownership in Charlotte.
Very professional, very knowledgeable, great crew, completed whole roof in one day, cleaned up perfectly. Would recommend to anyone, you will not find a better roofer in Charlotte.
I wish I could give Five24 Roofing more stars, they were lifesavers! I gave Five24 a call after a squirrel chewed a hole in our roof and we had water getting into the house. Atlee Jennings came same day and patched the hole. While he was up there he took a look at the rest of the roof and found 3 more holes that I didn't even know I had and fixed them. I was so pleased with Five24 we decided to get a quote for replacing the roof and the price was excellent so we decided to have them do a full replace. Awesome company, great quality and price.
It was a pleasure to work with Atlee. Great communications and high quality work by a dedicated team! Thank you!
Have had Five24 Roofing do smaller repair work and major projects and they have been exceptional every time!!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
