I was hesitant to get my roof replaced because of concern about scammers. However, my uncle recommended Brad McCormick to give me as estimate. Brad came to the house and inspected the roof, he was honest and told me the roof did not have weather damage, so the insurance was unlikely to cover it. He could have easily lied to get me to put in a claim anyway. During the installation he was here from start to finish ready to answer questions or handle concerns. He was upfront about additional work needed and gave me updates on the expected cost of the additional work. I would recommend Brad and Evergreen Roofing to anyone looking to replace or repair their roof.

Best roofer in the Charlotte area. My roof leaked after it was replaced only a year ago. I had a bad experience with my prior roofer and dreaded going through the roof replacement process yet again. I was referred to Matt by my brother. Matt made the entire process completely painless. He did an excellent job on the inspection and was very thorough, temporarily patching the holes in my roof until it could be replaced. (The same could not be said about my prior roofer, who missed a spot and it leaked) Matt and his team are incredibly honest and hardworking. After insurance approved my claim, Matt and his team replaced my entire roof within a day. I had such an awesome experience with Matt and his team and highly recommend them to anyone. It was refreshing working with someone with such honesty, integrity, and excellent communication skills. My roof and house look good as new and I couldn't be happier with the result. I no longer worry about my roof leaking after the shoddy repairs my previous roofer did. It's awesome having such peace of mind after a horrible experience. Cannot recommend them enough!

I don't leave many reviews. Matt and his team most definitely deserve one for the exceptional service in replacing my roof. As a first time homebuyer, I am still green to these types of maintenance things. Matt was referred over to me, and I am beyond impressed with the business he runs. From the moment I first connected with Matt, he was communicative, reliable, professional, and responsive. Evergreen Roofing went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and that I was properly informed. I wasn't home when they did my roof, but Matt made sure to send pictures and videos throughout the entire process. Not only that, but their price was competitive. Matt was not pushy, and understood my needs and tailored his services specifically to what I needed. I also had (well, still have, unfortunately) an issue where moisture is getting into my basement from my back deck (so not the roof). Despite this not being in Matt / Evergreen's wheelhouse given it is coming from the back deck, Matt did every possible thing he could do to fix the issue, refusing to give up and trying several solutions / fixes. When he had done all he could but the issue was still there, he gave an assessment and pointed me in the right direction for who to go to get it fixed. He didn't need or have to to do any of that, but chose to go the extra mile. I am extremely impressed with this company and highly recommend them - one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Thank you, Matt and team!

Recently had Evergreen Roofing help us with a full roof replacement. We were nervous and had numerous questions as we had a bad experience in our last house having our roof replaced. Brad came out several times and answered ALL of our questions. The owners Jeff and Matt along with Brad were on-site the day off install. I actually enjoyed the experience as these people are the best. They worked within the quote and dealt directly with our insurance when a unforseen issue came up. All in all... could not be more pleased and highly recommend. Not only are they great roofers... more importantly they are awesome people!
