Wanted to shout out Capital City Exteriors!! A Local Charlotte & Steele Creek Small Business! Working with Joe has been GREAT. Quick to come out and do an inspection. Quick to send the report and photo over to us. Educated us on how to start the claim process with Insurance. Joe scheduled himself to be at the house when the insurance adjuster came out and when the adjuster changed his scheduled appointment Joe switched his schedule to accommodate. The day of the replacement Joe was at the house at 6:45/7:00 to ensure that all was ready. The team worked quickly, efficiently and made sure to protect my garden. While replacing the roof they found tennis balls, nerf bullets AND water damage that no one was aware of. Again Joe & Capital City Exteriors responded with professional assistance & advice. The roof was completed in one day and the team worked until 7:00 to make sure the house and yard was picked up and clean of all debris. Thank You.

From the time I contacted Capital City Exteriors, they were professional and thorough. My roof was damaged from other contractors, and a portion needed to be replaced completely. They did an excellent job and had good communication on the schedule. The roof repair and the new roof area look great. Would definitely use them again.

Thank you Joe Sherlock and Capital City Exteriors for providing the necessary repairs to our home. We have had a horrible time over the last 2 years living in a bad build by DR Horton and despite our general feeling on the matter as a whole, we appreciate Joe’s dedication to making sure the job is done correctly. It’s hard to find reliable help for home repairs especially to the extent of ours, but we highly recommend working with them.
