ARCO Review Findings
Blue Fox Roofing & Renovations is consistently praised for its professional, honest, and high-quality workmanship, with customers frequently highlighting their efficient, one-day project completions and thorough cleanup. The company is also noted for its proactive communication, expert advice, and exceptional responsiveness, even when assisting clients with issues outside the scope of roofing.
There is one thing that I would like to point out about Jay Elie the owner of Blue Fox Roofing and that permeates to those who work with him. He is a person with enormous values, honesty, integrity, commitment, response, and focus on service, and quality, and very professional. I knew it from two years ago when he did a small repair on my house roof and now I didn't doubt it to choose his company to do the roofing change and gutters and to recommended him to my neighbor also who contracted him and did a great job there also. And very quick and organized job. He and his company are the best!!!! German Valdes
We had a great roofing experience with Blue Fox Roofing. I reached out to them in the morning. They gave me an appointment later the same day. Jay was on time and inspected the roof. He answered all my questions and gave us reasonable repair estimates. We love Blue Fox Roofing and would definitely recommend them to anyone!
My experience with Blue Fox Roofing & Renovations was superb. From the start of the project to the completion, it was very smooth. I felt that I was in good hands and my roof and home would be cared for. Carter answered all of my many questions; he was detailed and knowledgeable. Then, on installation day, Treat and crew were incredible with handling everything that needed to be done. They worked diligently and finished in one day, including clean up. A paint crew came to take care of their part and all was communicated and handled timely and efficiently. Once everything was done, the Blue Fox team followed up and made sure I was satisfied before they closed the project. It was wonderful to work with such a professional company.
Very professional company. I had a tree fall on my roof and Carter came out the same day to do an assessment and a quick remediation. Due to circumstances and my lack of understanding of the insurance process, another company got deeply involved in the insurance claim, so I ended up going with them. However, I would highly recommend Blue Fox and Carter.
We had Blue Fox do our Roof in Huntersville. It was quite a large job with lots of angles and pitches and skylights. They did an amazing job. It was a very easy experience. It was done within just two days. Beautiful work, and a great clean up!!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
