About ARCO Accreditation
Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.
Provide your contact information below. ARCO will review your inquiry and determine whether your business may be invited to complete the accreditation review process.

ARCO Review Findings
On Tops Roofing is highly regarded for its professional, efficient communication and high-quality workmanship, with customers frequently praising the team’s reliability and thorough cleanup after projects. Clients also value the staff's responsiveness, kindness, and ability to clearly explain complex repairs.
On Tops Roofing has been fantastic from start to finish. We had some winter weather damage from an ice dam that caused a leak in our garage. Jonathan was our first point of contact and dealt with the process with a level of grace, understanding, and patience that gave us reassurance. We felt comfortable with them largely because of his demeanor and Arturo was great during the install and after. Part of the difficulty in finding a service provider is establishing trust through integrity of interactions. On Tops definitely made us feel comfortable trusting them and they delivered.
Team showed up during the scheduled time and worked very swiftly replacing my roof. They cut it close with darkness falling but they got the job done and a rep came out the next day to make sure the cleanup was completed. Only negative thing, they took a couple days to send us the bill. Highly recommend using them here in the Goldsboro area. House looks amazing.
Jonathan was great! Josh and his crew were great! The roof looks amazing. The price was fair. I would definitely recommend On Tops to anyone in need of roofing work!
Metal Roof on Bunkie Life Summer Cabin: They were absolutely amazing! Totally professional, clearly laid out a schedule, timely communication, cleaned up after themselves. You really couldn’t ask for better! And did I mention polite as well?
On Tops Roofing recently installed a new roof on my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The shingle color is perfect, it matches my home’s exterior color scheme so well it looks like it was made specifically for my house. The curb appeal is incredible. The crew was friendly, efficient, and fully professional from start to finish. They arrived exactly when they said they would and completed the entire roof the same day. They cleaned up everything afterward and left my property looking even better than when they arrived. A special shout-out to Josh Moore, the project manager. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. 5 stars, hands down. I’ll be recommending On Tops Roofing to everyone I know who needs a new roof. Look no further, this is the company you want.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
