The gentleman inspecting our roof was very honest and upfront. He said some places had minor hail and wind damage, but that overall the roof is in good shape. We did not need a replacement at this time.

I have a 1800 sf house. I bought a GAF 50 year shingle. Quotes were based on Good-12K, Better-13K, Best-15K.Crew started at 6:45 am and was complete at 11:30 am. They did a great job with installation and clean up. James Marshall was very informative with all roofing products that was installed on my roof. I would highly recommend this company.

ProRoofing is fantastic. We worked with Mike and James during the process of a new roof for our house in N Raleigh. They worked with our insurance provider on our behalf which included meeting them at the house to "walk the roof" together. James walked me through their process, what insurance would cover, and what my part would be (which ended up being LESS than my actual deductible). Their team showed up early and worked like a well-oiled machine removing the old roof and replacing it. They cleaned the entire site thoroughly and were done in a day. The house looks 10 years younger with the roof and we could not be more pleased. A+ Customer Service, A+ Cleanliness, A+P Efficiency, A+ End Product, A+ Happy Customer.

We had a baby on the way and they were able to expedite us which was very nice and get the roof done in one day. The experience was overall very good until they asked me 5 times to leave a review knowing we were dealing with a newborn at home, which was not appreciated.
