About ARCO Accreditation
Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.
Provide your contact information below. ARCO will review your inquiry and determine whether your business may be invited to complete the accreditation review process.

ARCO Review Findings
BEI is described as professional, responsive, and easy to work with, with prompt communication and efficient service. Reviews highlight quality workmanship on roofing, exterior projects, sliding doors, and dryer-vent cleaning, along with timely completion and helpful coordination with insurance companies and HOAs.
BEI is AWESOME! Great service and wonderful customer service!
Good overall work. Replaced damaged siding and got good matching results.
I have worked with Steve Wichterman for several years now and have had excellent service. I would highly recommend using BEI and all their services.
I have been using BEI Exterior Maintenance for the past 2.5/3 years for all projects large or small for the Property Management Company I work for and I couldn't be more impressed. From the initial consultation to the final touches and walk through, they have always exceeded my expectations. Their ability to handle all projects is unmatched. From roofing, siding, concrete and much more you can be assured they will be able to handle your needs. Because of the nature of our industry there are times I cannot be on-site to check-in on the project and it never fails, I've never had to worry about the job. They've coordinated seamlessly with subcontractors, maintained clear communication throughout and stayed on schedule within the agreed-upon budget! Their team never disappointed us with their professionalism, attention to detail and dedication to getting everything just right. Also, the ability to communicate empathically with the homeowners is bar-none a huge plus. In closing, If you're looking for a contractor who can handle large or small projects and deliver results, I highly recommend BEI Exterior Maintenance.
As a property manager, I've worked with BEI on many projects. Very few contractors I work with communicate through a project as well as BEI. The representatives I've worked with have been great about detailing what to expect on the front end as well as explaining any unforeseen problems during a project.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
