Gates Enterprises - Roofing Contractor in Minneapolis, MN

We had a great experience with Gates Enterprises from start to finish! This was our first time replacing a roof, and they made the entire process easy and stress-free. Brandon Bailey , our Project Manager, was fantastic — he explained everything clearly and guided us every step of the way. They even made sure someone was present when the insurance adjuster came out, so we never felt like we were going through it alone. The communication and customer service was outstanding . The roofing and gutter crews did an amazing job and cleaned up thoroughly. Even warning the possibility of a few stray nails. Everyone was professional, efficient, and respectful of our property. We highly recommend Gates Enterprises if you're looking for quality work and outstanding support!

Excellent Service!!! Second time working with Andrew GATES, owner, had referred a client to him also. Gates Enterprises is "on it" very efficient, time was of importance as the roof damage was discovered as a result of home inspection, my home was for sale. He did the roof and satisfied an outstanding permit in less than 30 days. Home, gazebo & barn had hail damage. Thank you to, Aaron, Andrew his hard working crew. They saved the sale& did a beautiful job.

Clancy and his crew were efficient and very professional. He worked with my homeowners insurance directly to get the work taken care of in a very timely fashion. I've been a homeowner for over 33 years and have dealt with several roofing companies. However, i have never been as impressed as I am with Clancy and Gates Enterprises. Do yourself a huge favor and use this company and crew. I not only trusted them, but was very impressed with the short period of time it took to finish the repairs. Clancy communicated with me consistently and the quality of the work was impressive . I wouldn't use any other company from now on!

I highly recommend Gates! Zach Conley was our project manager, and he made the whole process smooth and even enjoyable. Though our reroof was initially denied by our insurance company, the second time that Zach met with an adjuster, he was able to finally get approval. We ended up with a beautiful roof and gutters with minimal hassle because he took such good care of us as he navigated through the obstacles the insurance company and county inspectors threw at us. I recommended Zach to a friend in Boulder who was also very pleased with her experience and new roof.

Gates Roofing Company did an outstanding job replacing the roof on my house. The process went smoothly and everyone involved was professional and courteous. Brandon Bailey, the project manager, was exceptional. He was always easy to reach, happy to answer questions, and kept us updated on what was happening each day. When a couple of hiccups came up during the process, Bandon helped find solutions quickly and made sure everything was taken care of and we were satisfied and pleased with the results. Overall, the work quality, professionalism, and Brandon's hands-on management made this project a success. This was a five star experience for us and we highly recommend Gates, and especially Brandon, to anyone needing roof repair or replacement.
