Performance Roofing & Siding Grand Rapids - Roofing Contractor in Grand Rapids, MI

Working with Performance Roofing & Siding was a breeze. Joel came out to look at the area that needed to be fixed and gave me a quote right on the spot after 15-20 minutes of measuring. The job was done really well and I couldn't be more happy with my experience.

While researching options I came across Performance Roofing & Siding. David was incredibly professional, responsive, and honest. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions without any pressure. I came away very impressed with David’s professionalism and the way he treats potential customers. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend reaching out to David if you’re considering roofing or siding work.

We had begun the process of soliciting bids for a new siding project for our home and had become somewhat disillusioned in dealing companies that would not even come onsite to estimate the job to one that wanted $500 just to show up and provide a bid. So when we reached out to Performance Roofing and Siding the experience was a 180 in customer service! From initial contact with their Ann Arbor office to the day we met their sales rep Roger. Roger took the time to initially learn about the scope of what we wanted to walking around our home with us, to sitting down with us in our home to look at what their company could do for us. There was nothing pushy during the entire process, and Roger took the time to answer all our questions. Roger left us well informed and it was obvious to us what firm we were going to utilize. Our project, with the products we chose fell into a cost that we felt was an honest cost compared to what we had received from the hard sell companies we contacted prior. Additionally Roger stayed in contact with us throughout our entire project. Material delivery was wonderful and the crew lead, Andrew, was surprised and delighted we had the delivery placed in our garage. The communication with our assigned crew was great! Additionally, Andrew checked in with us daily on their progress. The area supervisor over the project also stopped on site and made contact with us and said if we had any concerns to contact anyone with Performance Roofing and Siding and it would be addressed immediately. The team from start to finish was wonderful and we love our finished siding project for our home. We highly recommend Performance Roofing and Siding!

5 stars for the estimation process!! Dave & David came to my home and inspected both the interior/exterior of my current roof situation and walked me through the entire removal and replacement process from start to finish. Dave ensured that I fully understood the process and answered all of my questions before we proceeded with scheduling my services. They provided excellent services at a fair price! Their team has been a pleasure to work with from Dave’s estimation, scheduling the project, selecting colors/finishes, etc. David also took the time to assist on one of my vinyl sidings that needed to be secured. They both went above and beyond and am looking forward to working with them on any future renovation projects I will have for my home!

This is great company to work with; the expertise, professionalism and caring customer service was appreciated. David, Randy and all the crew were all great. We thank you for helping us through this process! Agata and Jim
