Moore & Sons Roofing, Inc. - Roofing Contractor in Grand Rapids, MI

A few family members of mine have had [redacted] out to their homes to inspect some roofing issues. I happened to be there for 1 of them and I was so impressed by the way he approached us with a huge smile and was so ready to just truly listen to what the issues were with no pressure, just pure patience, never [redacted] us at all. And on top of that the information he was sharing both before and after inspection were so clear and 'on our level' which, to me showed how much knowledge he truly has for this industry as well as how much he respects his customers. He made it so that my family wanted to work with Moore and Sons and specifically with [redacted]!

My 34 year old roof needed replacement. I was drawn to Jeremiah's laid back, minimal sales approach. It showed self-confidence in his company and fit my personality. I also liked that this is a family-owned business run by brothers. I got bids from 3 other companies and learned something from each. Moore was competitively priced and performed high-quality work. Everything was done professionally, and I am very happy with my decision to go with Moore & Sons..

This team just finished replacing my roof, soffits, insulation and a skylight/roof window in my East Grand Rapids home. I got 3 quotes for this job and they were all very comparable price wise but this was the only one that could handle the whole job independently. Other large companies wanted me to coordinate insulation installation while the roof was torn off and another tried to talk me out of the skylight because their company doesn’t do them. Moore and Sons simply listened, quoted the entire job and executed it in the time frame promised. I had one concern (more of a preference) during the project and it was addressed quickly and professionally. The crew was skilled, respectful and left a clean work site. My project came out beautifully and if I ever need another roof this will be the one and only company I’ll use.

I just had a total roof replacement of both my house and garage. I was very impressed with the crew, foreman, and owner, Ed. The job turned out to be much more involved than anticipated, as it was replacing a very old, improperly installed metal roof with shingles. I was completely satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism of all involved and will definitely be recommending Ed and company to others! Thanks, guys!

I was shopping around for roof quotes, and came across moore and sons. I called on a friday morning for a quote, and they got Eric out to my house THAT day to give me a quote. Impressive. Eric was really knowledgeable and gave me a VERY competitive price. He was great. After the quote he scheduled my roof to be replaced that next week. The install went great(one day) and the install team was very prompt. The clean up was unmatched. I had 3 layers on my roof and have not found 1 nail. I couldnt be happier with my new roof. If you’re looking for a trustworthy company that cares about its customers and wants you to have the best roof possible, call moore and sons!!!
