ARCO Review Findings
Masters Roofing provides high-quality workmanship and efficient service, often completing projects quickly. Customers consistently praise their professional, friendly communication and appreciate the team's organized process and thorough cleanup.
Very helpful, efficient and provided options for repair. Will certainly call again when needed.
We discovered a roof leak in mid Feb during a warm up and Jon was very quick to respond and come take a look. He was able to get a crew out there within a couple days to repair the roof & flashing issue before the weather turned cold again! Great communication & workmanship!
Absolutely fantastic service! I had a rather small, but necessary roofing project that I could not perform myself, and they were more than happy to squeeze me into their very busy schedule. Moreover, I was absolutely blown by the price they quoted me! Since it was such a small project, most groups wouldn't even take the job... OR they were quoting me insane prices because it would legitimately be a waste of their time to spare a team of people for such a small repair... Instead, they gave me an incredibly reasonable price, and I could not be happier with their service. Thank you Masters Roofing! I greatly appreciate your service! This project had been gnawing at me for so long, and now I can finally rest easy 😊
We needed a new roof due to hail damage. We were impressed with Jon’s thorough inspection and professional oversight throughout the project. It was scheduled and completed in a timely manner at a very competitive price. We highly recommend Masters Roofing! Thank you Chris and Deb
We had a fantastic experience with this local roofing company from start to finish! Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Jon was wonderful to work with—he patiently answered what felt like a million questions (and trust me, I had a lot!) and made sure I understood everything every step of the way. The crew did outstanding, high-quality work, and their cleanup afterward was just as impressive. They left our property looking spotless. It’s great supporting a local company that truly takes pride in its work and customer service. If you’re looking for a roofing company that’s professional, knowledgeable, honest, and delivers quality workmanship, I highly, highly recommend them. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
