I recently had my roof replaced by Roof Troops, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Owner Jack Moore was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Since the replacement, I've had no leaks during rainstorms, and my home's curb appeal has significantly improved. I highly recommend Roof Troops for their exceptional service and quality workmanship.

Jack is a very knowledgeable young man who worked with me and the insurance adjusters to get what I needed. In the end, I was able to get new siding and Jack worked with me on my specific wants and needs. He and his team were wonderful to work with, even with my concerns, and rebuilt a section of the house from water damage. The house looks amazing and I will definitely be calling on him for future projects.

Jack and his team did great! He inspected the house thoroughly in a timely manner and got back to my house within a week to start working! The roof was in dire need of repair, as well as some of the siding that he found through his inspection that I didn’t even know about. All around great job, will definitely recommend him to friends and family!

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Homeowner Benefits
-
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
-
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
-
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
-
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
