The guys with Apex actually noticed the wind damage to our roof. We had no idea. Everyone we came in contact with were wonderful. Ezra walked me through filing a claim with our insurance, and he and Justin placed a tarp on the roof immediately to prevent any further damage. Communication was constant through the entire process. Although our insurance company made things difficult, the guys with Apex helped make the whole process less stressful. I would call them in the future without a second thought. Customer service alone was top notch, and our new roof looks great.

I recently had my roof replaced by Apex Roofing and I very glad I did. I am a first-time homeowner, and Justin, who is in charge, was extremely helpful in explaining different options, the pros and cons of each, and the costs involved. More than that, he was just as helpful in dealing with my insurance company, which was not enthusiastic about replacing the roof. Justin took detailed photographs of hail and other storm damage and sent them to the insurance company after their own inspector said that there was no visible storm damage. Initially the insurance company proposed replacing only the back half of the roof, but were required to replace the full roof because the shingles on my old roof are no longer manufactured and all the shingles have to match--I would never have known to even ask about this. The roof replacement went smoothly and the crew was very efficient. They started work at 7:30 and by 2:30 were pretty close to being done. They then spent about an hour-and-a-half cleaning up, and did a really thorough job. I was dreading the whole process, but it ended up being really easy from my perspective. I will certainly use their services again.

Justin, Ezra and Jordan came to inspect our roof. They were very professional and polite, They showed up when they said they were going to. They got up on the roof and did a thorough inspection. No pushy sales tactics. They were completely honest and told us we had a good 2 years left on our roof. They valued our time and worked efficiently. Jordan even gave me a lesson about attic temperature and how that impacts roof wear and tear that I was never told about before. Thank you guys!
