Huge shoutout to Southern Peak Roofing! They replaced our roof and siding after storm damage, and the results are phenomenal. From start to finish, the team's professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch. Our home looks amazing, and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend their services!

What a seamless and stress free process. Great communication from start to finish. We were dreading having our roof replaced and the Southern Peak team made everything easy and it was over before we knew it. In addition to being professional and courteous , when they were done they cleaned up after themselves and other than the sparkling new roof, gutters, and downspouts you would never have known they were there.

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Homeowner Benefits
-
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
-
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
-
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
-
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
