ARCO Review Findings
A-OK Roofing & Exteriors is consistently praised for its professional, high-quality workmanship and seamless project management. Customers frequently highlight the team's exceptional communication, responsiveness throughout the insurance and installation process, and thorough attention to detail from start to finish.
A-OK Roofing & Exteriors did a top notch job on our roof. Todd Roberts (Louisville branch manager) and Dwayne Davidson (owner) provided an in depth consultation on our roof and spent a significant amount of time on site before, during, and after the roof was installed making sure everything looked great. I highly recommend this company!
A-OK Roofing & Exteriors is the 1stop, total package! We got a new roof and gutters, and some siding replaced. The customer service I received was impeccable! I worked with Dwayne Davidson, he was quick to respond to my calls, and he was attentive to the details before, during and after! He even did a walk thru after the job was completed. I loved our seamless experience!!
I highly recommend! The project manager "Aaron Rosen", that I had the privilege to work with is definitely an asset to the company! Any questions or concerns I had he was on top of it, answered my calls pronto, which is hard to find now days. I wish other companies/employees took as much pride in their work and customer service as I've received from this one. Employees makes the company and Aaron Rosen is awesome.
A-OK roofing did an absolutely wonderful job. The roof looks beautiful! Working with David was absolutely seamless. He was patient and even did alot of the foot work as we were working with the most difficult insurance company! 10/10 would recommend!
We are totally pleased with A-OK Roofing. From start to finish on our re roof they were professional and neat. Job manager David was always responsive from the first quote through the final install and cleanup. I highly recommend A-Ok Roofing for your roofing needs.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
