ARCO Review Findings
Odessa Roofing, Windows & Siding is highly regarded for their expertise, attention to detail, and quality workmanship on roofing, siding, and gutter projects. Clients appreciate the owner’s hands-on involvement, the professional conduct of the crew, and the company’s commitment to thorough cleanup and reliable repairs.
Odessa recently replaced our gutters, and I'm very happy with my experience. I got several quotes, and they were the only ones that pointed out why the gutters needed to return around some corners, which the old gutters had done but all the other contractors I got quotes from had said they wouldn't need to do. I went with them for this reason even though they were not the cheapest quote I got. I'm glad I did and think the money was well-worth it. They did a really nice job and cleaned up the space after they were done. They then sent someone else out to inspect them a few days later. I'm very impressed and would use them again for any service.
We received proposals from multiple companies for our roof and siding job. Odessa was competitive and recommended to us for quality. The job is complete and we are happy. With Odessa, you have the opportunity to work directly with the owner. The project management and support team are great too!
Odessa did three jobs for us. Siding and trim replacement on dormers for rot damage and two separate occasions on copper metal roof repair from wind damage. They did great job. I’d recommend them.
We had Odessa put our roof on 5 years ago and it still looks new. We live on a ridge and always have lots of wind and have never had a loose shingle. The workers were professional and cleaned up everyday. The best thing is that if Odessa is backlogged they don't farm out work to any other companied. We had to wsit a few months from signing the contract to our roofing installation but it was worth the wait since our roof had so many angles and roof lines.
Good work isn't cheap, but we are happy we paid for the attention and expertise Kinney and his crew provided. We've used Odessa both for our own home and for rental property, and will do so again.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
