Craftsmen Roofing & Exteriors - Roofing Contractor in Lexington, KY

Alvin did a great job with negotiating with my insurance company in order to get as much covered as possible with my roof. Everything was handled professionally and he made the process so easy! Would definitely use them again!

A friend recommended Craftman Roofing because she had used them and had been very satisfied. I was contacted by Ben Fataua and he helped me pick out the shingles I wanted and the color. When I finally made a decision, all the roofers and the job forman were as professional and polite as I would have expected and wanted them to be. I have gotten lots of compliments and would recommend them highly! And Ben Fataua led me through the process confidently and painlessly.

I cannot recommend Craftsmen Contractors in Lexington enough. I’m a local real estate agent and have been for over a decade. I’ve seen many contractors come and go and can say without a doubt Craftsmen has been the best one I’ve ever dealt with. I recommend them to all my clients who may need roofing needs. Jason McLennan is the man I’d suggest your request. He’s always winning to go above and beyond to provide a fair and accurate estimate of damage and/or suggestions for repair. What I especially appreciate about him is that he doesn’t just show up and try to sell my clients a new roof each time. He really values their situations and tries his best to come up with the simplest, cheapest cost long term solutions to the problems. On the one time he did recommend a full roof replacement he met the insurance adjuster at the property to be a voice for the homeowner in their fight for a claim. The best thing I can say about him and Craftsmen in general is they are the people I personally trust when I have had 2 different roof issues the last two years. He showed up quickly, on time, and came up with solutions that fixed my issues right on the spot.

If you ever experience any damages to your home after a weather storm, I highly recommend using Craftsmen Contractors! I worked directly with Ben Fataua who made the entire process easy and stress free. He worked directly with my home insurance (which allowed me to not have to make multiple calls), kept us updated with next steps, answered all questions, and explained everything thoroughly. Our house needed a new replacement of the roof, all siding, and gutters. The entire project was completed quickly, seamlessly, and our house looks great! - Berea, Ky

We had a great experience with Craftsmen Roofers. From start to finish, communication was excellent. They showed up when they said they would and the job was done efficiently and professionally. The crew cleaned up after themselves and they were respectful of our property. I would recommend them to anyone. Honest & Hardworking. If we ever have an issue again or eventually need a new roof…we’ll call them!
