After sustaining severe hail damage to our home, we contacted Blue Line Roofing as our general contractor. We needed a new roof,siding, gutters/down spouts, window trim, and a garage door. We just purchased a home in Lexington. And having never lived here, we were looking for someone to take care of a few small items on our home inspection. One day I happened to see a Blue Line Roofing pick up truck while driving on Richmond Rd. and copied the number down at a red light. Every experience I had with John—from scheduling a time to look at my roof to work done on it to advice about maintenance—has been incredibly pleasant and attended to with great professionalism and expertise. It is clear that the business John and Glenn run is based on honesty and quality. When the time comes for a new roof, I will be calling Blue Line Roofing again.

John was very responsive from the outset. He worked directly with both our insurance adjuster and our insurance company to communicate our needs. His crew was friendly and professional. He really impressed me by returning after the job was finished. He noticed during a drone flyover (something he does to assess quality control on the roof installation) that some flashing didn't match the color scheme of the trim of our house. He did this on his own. He had someone from his team back out in a matter of days to correct an item I hadn't noticed and had told him I was not concerned about. He said it was a reflection of their work, and he wanted it to be perfect. I would highly recommend Blue Line Roofing.

Blue Line Roofing was wonderful to work with! We discovered a water stain on an inside ceiling and contacted them for a quote about the small repair. They were very responsive and prompt, and provided pictures of the affected area on the roof as well as a diagnosis of what was causing the leak. Once we made an appointment for repair, the process was quick and easy! They performed the work well and even made sure things on the roof were clean and orderly- who knew there was a dead-end wire and massive birds nest up there?! Even after everything was resolved and paid, they called back to check in after several days of rain to be sure the ceiling showed no additional water marks- what wonderful follow up! We are so impressed and highly recommend Blue Line Roofing!
