ARCO Review Findings
Mid Kansas Exteriors is described as professional, honest, and easy to work with, with responsive communication and helpful staff. Reviews praise the quality and speed of the work, fair pricing, attention to detail, and thorough cleanup.
After the hail storm in September of this year, I found myself needing a new roof, siding, window wraps, guttering and downspouts for my house. I talked with several contractors, but Gavin, with Mid-Kansas Exteriors is who I chose to complete all the work. Gavin explained the entire process with me, helped me coordinate colors and was available whenever I had a question. He followed through making sure the work was completed the way it was supposed to be and in a timely manner. All the crews were respectful of my property and never left behind a mess. I would highly recommend Mid-Kansas Exteriors and asking for Gavin for work you need. I would definitely use them again.
Gavin was awesome to work with. Went above and beyond to help with my roof replacement after a hail storm. Smooth process.
Gavin M was a great help to me, this was my first time going through insurance issues and new roofing after becoming a widow. I was worried, but he helped me through all the steps and everything turned out great. All the crew who worked on my roof and gutters were great as well.
Jake and his crew did a wonderful job. We had a leaking, ugly, tiled incorrectly shower. We had looked around for a replacement. We did not want tile due to the upkeep with grout. We didn't want fiberglass as it could crack, like our old shower pan and didn't look very nice. We could not figure out what to do. We met Jake at the home show. We liked his examples. He came to our house at a convenient time for us. He spent a long time looking at our project and showing us samples. Now we have a beautiful shower. Jake was always available to answer questions and took the time to make sure everything was right and how we wanted it. We are glad we chose them, and would have them do other work.
Excellent service and very professional!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
