It's only the beginning of a larger project, but Chris and the crew have done a fantastic job on the stairs for my deck. He was the only one, out of many companies, that sent a proposal that a person could actually read. One company simply put "fix stairs" and attached a price. Dolphin Construction was different. Not only was the quote detailed, but Chris also gave me options to fit a budget, improve quality, and/or make the stairs more ornate. Once I selected my option a date was set and communication was timely and clear. The project was finished in a timely manner with great care and attention to detail. (Down to the quality of the screws!) Chris and the guys who worked on the project were very responsive to suggestions and were very open to my input. They also made sure to ask questions if needed to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.... I feel like I got way more than what I paid for and will be using them for all of my projects going forward. Not only that, but I feel like I made a few new great friends in the process. Great business and work ethics? Check. Fantastic Communication? Check. Friendly and fast Service? Check They check all the boxes. I would give them 10 stars if I could, they are just that good.

We recently had Dolphin Construction replace the windows in our church basement along with rebuilding the old and weathered frame around each. Chris was easy to work during the whole project. We had some questions about the best way to fix the frame and make it look good. He was willing to listen to our concerns and with his input, we were able to come up with a great solution. He does quality work, and we were extremely pleased with the end result!! We would definitely recommend him!!

In 2012, we had a very destructive hail situation. With my house and my mom's house and rental properties, I needed 8 roofs replaced. Dolphin construction was the answer to my dilemma. Chris was professional and very clear about what was needed and I learned a lot about the process. Fast forward 4 years and Kansas weather delivered another blow to my mom's house and I immediately called Chris to solve my problem. Good man, good company, great reputation!

We had a bad hail storm come through in September and totaled our roof. Dolphin did an amazing job through the whole process and did an excellent job communicating every step of the way. It was nice to have them in the middle between me and the insurance company to make sure we got the accurate funding for repairs. I like the fact they send pictures of every step of the actual work being performed. They even let me know that some of my hvac plumbing in the attic looked funky and should be inspected just in case it wasnt properly vented. These guys are quick, thorough and professional. I highly recommend them
