After receiving a roofing estimate from a different roofing company, I felt upset because the roof inspector communicated his opinion of a non-insurance claim result directly to my insurance company without my consent. This was a retail bid, so the sharing of results and "opinions" should have remained between myself and the roofer. At a minimum, I would have liked to have been asked permission by this roof inspector to communicate results with any third party before doing so. A friend recommended I speak with Bill at Roofing America for a second opinion. Bill was great! He conducted a fast, yet very thorough roof inspection with more detailed photos of roof damage than did the other company. Bill's retail price quote was substantially less also. Roofing America Inc. provided 5 star service and affordable pricing. I highly recommend Bill and his staff as the #1 option for anyone's roofing needs!
Bill managed all details of roof replacement, gutter and downspout replacement, and arranged garage door panel replacement and painting. Bill handled communication and documentation with the insurance company, and was quick to respond to any question or request.
Storm weather damaged our roof. Roofing America, Inc helped handle the insurance and adjuster. We were able to get a new roof replaced within a few weeks.
