Crown Town did a fabulous job replacing our roof! Cory and his crew were delightful to work with. They were very professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process from inspecting our roof to working with insurance to completing the work and making sure everything was satisfactory. I highly recommend Crown Town Restoration for all of your roofing and other exterior home needs!
My new roof looks great. They worked with the insurance adjuster and got me more money and greatly lowered my deductible. I highly recommend them.
We had Cory out for a roof inspection after we noticed some loose flashing. While he was up there he tacked down what was loose and checked out the rest of the roof. Thankfully, there wasn’t any other immediate issues he had to deal with. The other guy we contacted said he was gonna fly a drone up there to get a picture of what the problem was, but then was gonna have to come back out to actually fix it.
Cory has been fantastic to work with. He's been responsive and patient throughout a difficult claim that's been way more trouble than it needs to be. 0 stars for my insurance company not being like a good neighbor, 5 stars for Cory and his team at Crown Town Restoration.
Crown Town Restoration just finished replacing my roof. When I contacted them, they set up an appointment that same week. I didn’t realize there were so many decisions involved in installing a new roof. Crown’s representative, Eric, was very knowledgeable and thorough. He walked me through the entire process, including the insurance component, and answered all my questions. He was in contact with my homes association to make sure he was following all the requirements. He met with the insurance inspector and the gutter installers, and then he came back to meet with me to go over a final inspection. In talking to my neighbors, I found out that Crown was very reasonable on what they charged me. I highly recommend them. Diane
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
