ARCO Review Findings
Reviews consistently describe Jeff and his crew as professional, patient, communicative, and easy to work with, with no-pressure explanations and responsive service. Customers praise the quality of the roofing work, efficient completion, thorough cleanup, and willingness to go above and beyond.
Jeff replaced our roof 6 years ago, and the process could not have been more smooth! We have been very happy with the work done ever since. When a family member needed a roof repair recently, I referred Eclipse to her, and it was another excellent experience! Jeff is friendly and great about explaining what needs to happen and why, and answering questions without being pushy. Roof replacement or repair isn’t exactly a fun thing to need, but both times, we’ve felt great about the process and work because of how Jeff and his team has handled everything.
We just used Eclipes Roofing for the second time. Jeff Pendergraft, the owner is a no pressure guy. He explained everything to us, took his time. His crew is clean cut, professional, no cussing, hard workers! He mainly gets his work by repeat customers or word of mouth. Small company, locally owned. I encourage anyone wanting to get a roof replacement, new roof put on, to call him for a bid. I’m very pleased with the results of our new roof! Thanks Jeff!

Jeff was patient and extremely informative. He got us the best roof for the best price. His crew was FANTASTIC! Jeff and his crew went above and beyond at every possible moment. Jeff fixed something he didn't need to, in order to give us the best product and roof. We have two dogs and his crew did a very thorough job cleaning up. We have the best looking roof on the block, and I have no doubt you'll be just as pleased. Jeff is a rock star... wish I had known sooner, and will always recommend him to anyone needing a roof
I can't imagine the roofing process going any smoother!! It was a pleasure working with Jeff and his crew. Had a complete tear-off and they were done in less than two days. Really impressed with the cleanup, too; They left my yard cleaner than they found it. HIGHLY recommended!!!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
