Dear White Oak,For quite some time we have had problems with our sunroof developing leaks, rendering our sunroom nearly useless for any entertaining or hobby work. The roof has very little slope and is located where two slopes of the house roof basically funnel a lot of water onto the sunroom roof. It appeared as if the seal between the sunroom roof and the facia of the house had developed some cracks and you could see, inside the sunroom, where water was dripping from those areas. Additionally, there were leaks showing up along other joints between the sunroom roof sections themselves. We had attempted some patches on top of the roof but it proved to be a futile and somewhat costly failed effort. We had a [redacted] from White Oak meet with us and discuss the options and methods available to put a stop once and for all to our problems. An agreement was made and an estimated time for the work to begin was established. The materials arrived the day before and the crew arrived the next morning. We reviewed the job and they got started right away. Our sunroof was not huge, roughly 12 x 14 ft, so it didnt take but a few hours for them to complete the work, which included creating a smooth transition layer from under the roof shingles onto and over the sunroof area. The finished job looked very nice and professional. We waited for a couple of good hard rains and to our delight there were no leaks visible, and based on the quality of work, we dont expect any for a long long time. Based on the quality of work and the technique used, I would recommend White Oak for anyone with a similar sunroom roof problem.Thank you White Oak for giving us our sunroom back.[redacted].

We had a good experience with White Oak Construction. We purchased replacement windows. Competetive price. The sales person [redacted] was polite and helpful. We had another person come and measure for accuracy before installation. The installation team did a great job and were respectful and friendly. Our windows were installed in one day and we are happy with them.

They came out and gave us a great quote for our entire roof and assisted us through the entire process! They were all very friendly and informative with our questions and walking us through what we were looking at. They were quick and got our roof replaced in less than 3 weeks. The roofers themselves replaced the roof in less than a day.
