Porter Roofing & Restoration - Roofing Contractor in Indianapolis, IN

We recently had our roof replaced by Porter roofing. They were referred by my brother-in-law. Ben Wilkinson came out and did a very thorough inspection, discovered all of the wind and hail damage, and also helped us file the claim with our insurance company. He was even there when the adjuster came to inspect the property and was a great advocate for us. Ben showed us all of the materials that they would be using and helped us pick the right options that we needed. The company was in constant contact with us throughout the whole process. Ben even took some amazing aerial pictures of our home and shared them with us. We have also decided to replace our gutters and will be using Porter for that as well.

We had no idea we had roof damage, but Matt Clausen took the time to do a thorough inspection and I’m really glad I agreed to it. He was extremely professional from start to finish and truly went to battle for our claim, making sure the insurance company was held accountable. Matt communicated clearly throughout the entire process and made something that could have been stressful feel straightforward and manageable. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend working with him.

We recently had our roof and gutters replaced, and working with Taylor G. from Porter Roofing and Restoration made the whole experience exceptional. Taylor was always helpful, kept us informed every step of the way, always answered our questions, and greeted every interaction with a smile. He worked seamlessly with our insurance, making the process smooth and stress-free. His knowledge and professionalism really stood out. Every interaction with a member of Porters Team was positive. Because of Taylor and all of the other staff who completed this job for us, Porter via Taylor, will be my first—and most likely only—call. Highly recommend Porter Roofing and Restoration!

I utilized Porter for a roofing inspection after an inspector highlighted some potential roofing concerns during the inspection by future buyers of the property. Matthew was who came and inspected the roof and was punctual and professional. He looked on the roof and in the attic space and gave a thorough review of the roof. He was also quick to get the bill of health over the same day! Highly recommend!

A friend through work recommended Porter to me. I had a great experience with Matt Clawson. Matt was professional, thorough, and explained everything clearly, giving me confidence in the condition of my roof. I appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
