My roofing experience with Lathrop Contracting was excellent. Jeff Lathrop was extremely helpful to me with navigating through the insurance process from beginning to end. He went the extra mile to the point of nailing shingle samples to my roof to aid in selecting a color. His work crew was efficient, courteous, and did a great clean-up job after installation. Jeff was present when the roof job began and followed up with an inspection after to make sure I was satisfied with the finished project. I highly recommend Lathrop Contracting to anyone in need of a new roof!

I had some leaking around one of my windows and contacted Lathrop to come look at the house and quote the project. They were extremely responsive, identified the issue almost immediately, and were able to quote the job fast. Scott was responsive to any of my questions between signing the contract and the work actually being done. They gave me an accurate timeframe for the work to be done. The day of the work was done quickly, professionally, and they listened to any concerns I had. Would definitely use again!

We used Lathrop for a new roof, gutters and vents after a hail storm. They made the process very easy, doing their own inspection, then contacting my insurance to coordinate a meeting with them. They also facilitated the payments between me, Lathrop and my insurance. The job was a big one, but done in a very timely matter with efficiency. Quality very good and cleaned up after themselves very well. Scott was super easy to work with. Very clear in his explanations of needed repairs and again, taking care of communication with my insurance. Bottom line- I would recommend them and use them again.

Jeff Lathrop is honest, fair priced and does excellent work. He replaced my roof 2 years ago with great work. Then I had major siding issue that has gone on for the past 13 years at my house. Jeff and his team did a great job. He replaced a whole side of my siding. It is over 25 years old and he was able to match the white to almost identical to what we had. It looks great and holds up in the wind. If you need a good honest contractor for home needs, Lathrop is the way to go. Reasonable price, excellent workmanship, honest and will tell you what he thinks works best.

I don’t typically write reviews, but felt compelled to after the experience we had with our roof replacement. I met with several roofing companies before making a final selection. We chose Lathrop for a number of reasons. Aside from being recommended to us by friends, their attention to detail in the sales process was hands down more comprehensive than others. My wife and I are planners, so we appreciated the steps Lathrop went through to educate, keep us informed and deliver a first class job. Our new roof was installed in one day, which was both remarkable to see and pleasing to experience, especially as it rained the day before and day after the installation. The installation crew did a magnificent job and were absolute pros.
