Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.

ARCO Review Findings
Coomer Roofing Company earns praise for its professional, communicative, and responsive team, particularly highlighting the excellent service provided by sales consultants like Joey Craig. Customers consistently report high-quality workmanship on roof and gutter installations, noting that projects are completed efficiently and job sites are left clean.
Joey was great to work with. The entire project went better than I imagined, despite the weather. Everyone who worked in the project was very polite and did great work. I am happy to have a company I can go to with any future home projects.
Joey was great to work with. We had a damaged flat roof under a balcony. Water leak for a long time from contractors doing a shotty job. They replaced it with new! Looks great!
Conner, our Coomer salesman, was incredible. He met with our insurance adjuster and fought hard for everything we deserved. I didn’t even have to be there for the inspection. After that he took care of everything. The roof and gutters looked amazing and both jobs got done faster than I could have imagined. We needed our gutter screens done too and he followed through to make sure those got done quickly; they are perfect The entire experience was first class. I’ll never use anyone except for Coomer and never recommend anyone else but Coomer to people.
We had a fantastic experience with our new roof installation with Joey at Coomer Roofing. Joey was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. He provided the best price and the BEST customer service out of the 5 quotes we obtained. Coomer Roofing emulates a positive, trustworthy culture and I would trust them to handle any future roofing needs. Well done, Joey and team!
Joey Craig was awesome! State Farm denied my claim for hail damage and my poor roof was in bad shape. Coomer worked with my budget and came in better than the competitors. Working with Joey was easy and great! The got the job done in a timely fashion and it didn't even look like they had been there! I highly recommend this group and would use them again!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
