Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.

ARCO Review Findings
Bryant Roofing Systems is highly regarded for their professional, responsive communication and efficient service, often completing projects quickly. Customers frequently praise the team's honesty, thoroughness, and quality workmanship, noting that they provide clear updates throughout the process and take great care to protect property during repairs.
From start to finish, it was a great experience working with Bryant Roofing Systems and I would highly recommend.
Bryant’s Roofing is a phenomenal company to work with. I came to them with so many issues and time constraints and they worked with me every step of the way and May I say a beautiful roof as well. They were caring and compassionate with everything from start to finish; if I could give them 100 stars I would! Special thanks to Mr. Eric Bennett and the roofing team!! Eric kept me updated every step of the way for all my needs. I have never worked with a more efficient and caring company; you will not be disappointed! I am so very glad that they were recommended to me by a trusted friend. Thank you all so much and Kristen who kindly kept me updated with all paperwork that was necessary!!
Bryant Roofing did a great job replacing our roof in downtown Indianapolis. They were very thorough and honest when coming out to inspect the roof and attic. The quote was very competitive. All communication was excellent the owners even reached out during the process. Really appreciate their work and would 100% recommend.
Great team to work with—they’re responsive to phone/email, they took great pictures before/after the work and the quality looked great. They also warranty their work which is nice. Hired them for miscellaneous roof shingle/gutter repairs. Will definitely work with them in the future if needed.
After a particularly strong spring storm, I noticed concerning damage to my roof and flashing. Being a first-time homeowner, and a digital native, I of course started searching for roofers and reviews. Bryant Roofing came up in a Reddit comment, and then a few others. Knowing the other roofing companies that advertise heavily, I decided to go on an individual's review instead and reached out. Within 2 days they sent someone out to take a look, and provided a rough range quote on the spot. After one day they sent me the official inspection results, complete with satellite imagery of the places on the house they feel they would need to fix, as well as a price estimation. I forwarded this to my insurance company as a claim. Throughout the whole process, the staff at Bryant Roofing were responsive, courteous, and explained each step to me. I am finally done with the project and couldn't be happier.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
