I recently had my roof replaced by Cochran Exteriors, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the team was incredibly knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. They took the time to explain everything to me, from the materials they were using to the installation process, so I always felt in the loop. What really stood out was how friendly and approachable everyone was. They made the entire process stress-free and even took care of the cleanup, leaving my yard spotless. I would highly recommend Cochran Exteriors to anyone looking for quality roofing services. They truly went above and beyond, and I'm thrilled with my new roof!

Did a fair amount of research and settled on Cochran Exteriors for the replacement of roof on my home. The communication during the entire process was excellent. Calls and or emails were returned same day. The one issue that came up was handled so well it was amazing. Truly customer centered. The roof looks amazing. After a heavy rain I was able to walk around and ALL the leaks were resolved and trust me there were a lot of leaks behind the gutters. The clean up was just as awesome, my house is a little over [redacted] sq feet, and for a job this big found 4 nails after they left and all the other trash was picked up. [redacted] truly looked out for me.

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Homeowner Benefits
-
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
-
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
-
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
-
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
