Basically a pricey bandaid. In full panic mode, I found 317 through online reviews—and thank goodness I did. Kevin showed up quickly, stayed calm while I was losing it, and got straight to work. He was patient, thorough, and diagnosed the issue fast. The best part? The repair was done same day and for about the same price the other guys wanted for the temporary fix until they could get to me. 317 Roofing and Restoration became my go-to team today. If you want to be made a priority, they should be yours too.

Very fast and friendly service. Got the quote back within one day. Brought over colors for drip edge and gutters to match the colors we had. Crews knocked out the job in three days just like they promised and cleaned up all debris from the job. Would highly recommend using this company if you are looking for a new roof or just gutters.

Kevin was extremely helpful when my siding blew off in the storm. He came out and tarped the area while we waited for my insurance . My current siding is no longer manufactured and he helped me with my insurance adjuster as well as finding a perfect color match. The communication between Kevin and I was wonderful. He always responded quickly to my needs or questions. His crew showed up on time and were pleasant, efficient and my new siding looks great! When the crew were finished, everything was cleaned up and left as it was. Very happy to recommend Kevin and his company for any of your siding/roofing concerns and projects needing to be done!

A couple years ago Kevin and his team replaced our gutters and did a great job so we asked him to do more. Just a couple weeks ago he redid our entire roof. He gave us estimates and it was evident he wasn’t just trying to upsell us or pressure us to buy a higher priced product. We had to wait a few months due to winter and the weather but we knew that ahead of time. He kept us updated whenever we were expected to have warmer weather. Once scheduled and weather warm enough, his team had the entire roof (approx 1800sq ft of roof) completed in one day including full tear off, replacing of some rafters, and deck boards. His crew was great at cleaning up after themselves and left our yard nearly spotless. Would definitely recommend them again to anyone!

We enjoyed working with Kevin Kernodle with 317 Roofing he was very professional and a very pleasant person to work with on getting a new roof put on my Dad’s house. The roof was covered under my Dad’s insurance company and Kevin was very well versed in working with insurance adjusters and all the paperwork that goes along with it. Everything was done in a very timely manner and his crew did a great job on the installation.
