ARCO Review Findings

Loaded here...great guys fast loading NP...no overnight parking.
The process of getting my roof replaced by O"Hara's Son Roofing Company was first class from beginning to end. The representative, Lucas, who first explored the job and then provided the estimate and oversaw the work was proactive in messaging with our condo building and was quick to respond to any questions as well. The workers were professional and seemed to be very detail oriented in getting our roof sealed up. The warrantee of 20 years on materials and 2 years on labor seemed reasonable. I feel good knowing that if there is a problem that O"Hara Son will be professional and responsive as they have been all along. I highly recommend O'Hara and Son.
O'Hara's Son Roofing completed a tear off / new roof for our 3-flat Logan Square building last month. They were easy to work with, and responded to our every question with detail. The sales person Lucas even is available for immediate texting which is great. The workers took less than a week for a big job and were all nice and courteous. Competitive pricing as well, so I would recommend O'Hara's Son Roofing and would use them again.
Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and great customer service. Loved my entire experience and have already recommended them to my family and friends.
Living in Chicago it's always hard to find a good company and people you can trust. I have been using O'hara's for years now and they are great to work with. Lucus Nelander was able to provide us with the right longer solution for our building's roof where other roofing companies just didn't have a clue.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
